MARCA Poland 2026, Poznań, April 21–22

MARCA Poland, the international trade fair dedicated to Private Label in Central Europe, returns for its second edition at the Poznań Congress Center, consolidating its role as the region’s reference point for food and non-food PL business and innovation.

Private label in Central Europe: the market opportunity

The Polish Private Label market is at a turning point. Currently accounting for approximately 24% of FMCG household spending, it holds considerable growth potential – in value and volume alike – waiting to be fully expressed. Consumer expectations are shifting: Polish, Romanian and Czech shoppers, like consumers in the most mature European markets before them, are increasingly keen on choosing Private Label for quality, functionality and added value – well beyond the price lever. MARCA Poland is designed to accelerate exactly this transition.

The European picture confirms the direction. Private Label value share reaches 55% in the Netherlands, 52% in Spain, 44% in Germany and the UK. Italy, at 31%, is the fastest-accelerating market* – and the one that has most decisively built Private Label around food excellence, supply chain quality and innovation. This culture of excellence is precisely what MARCA Poland brings to the region.

MARCA POLAND’s format: a complete private label ecosystem

MARCA Poland is co-organised by MTP Group – Poland’s leading trade fair organiser – and BolognaFiere Group, the team behind the Bologna flagship. The event follows the same founding principle: a dedicated platform where every actor in the Private Label value chain is present – Manufacturers, Retailers and Buyers – and where product presentation, business dialogue and market intelligence happen in the same place, at the same time. The exhibition covers the full spectrum of Private Label categories: food and beverages, cosmetics, household products, pet products and innovation-led solutions across adjacent segments.

The first edition brought together nearly 100 exhibitors from Poland, Italy, Austria, Spain and other countries, alongside over 900 professional visitors. The second edition is set to expand on both fronts.

Hosted Buyers Programme with ICE-Agenzia: qualified business matching

A key differentiator of MARCA Poland is the Hosted Buyers Programme, developed in partnership with ICE-Agenzia, the Italian Trade and Investment Agency. Through a targeted selection and invitation process, the programme brings to Poznań qualified Buyers from retail chains and distribution organisations across Europe. An integrated B2B matching platform facilitates direct meetings with exhibitors, building on the 55 international buyers from more than 20 countries who attended the first edition.

MARCA Poland: a Private Label Conference & Exhibition

Like its Bologna counterpart, MARCA Poland combines a full trade exhibition with a substantive knowledge programme. A dedicated conference will address the strategic priorities of the Central European market, while the Innovation and Product Launch Zone will showcase the latest developments in product design, formulation and packaging – including the winning products of the MARCA Awards 2026 Best Innovation Product, a curated benchmark for Private Label excellence.

Why attend MARCA Poland 2026

For Manufacturers and Co-packers, MARCA Poland offers direct access to qualified Buyers and Retail decision-makers across Central and Eastern Europe, in a structured environment built for commercial results. For Buyers and Retailers, it is the most efficient way to source Private Label innovation across food and non-food categories, with the added value of the ICE-Agenzia Hosted Buyers Programme and a curated innovation showcase. For all participants, Poznań on April 21-22 is where Central Europe’s Private Label business gets done.
